Nenad Mrksa studied at International School of Geneva where he obtained International Baccalaureate and subsequently attended University of Geneva and obtained MA in Economics. Nenad speaks fluently English, French, German and Serbo-Croatian.

He started his career as Treasury analyst at Banque Paribas. In 1997 Nenad moved to Credit Suisse First Boston in Zurich where he was Market Risk Mananger for Precious Metals and Swiss Treasury. He subsequently worked as Fixed Income COO and managed selection and implementation of FI and EQ trading systems.

From 2004 Nenad was Senior Risk Manager at Credit Suisse Private Banking where he implemented the risk oversight function for Trading & Sales and headed capital oversight.

Between 2007 and 2018, Nenad was in charge of corporate actions and share buybacks at CS Group where he worked on implementation of Scrip dividends and Contingent Capital awards for compensation. From 2104, Nenad was heading CHF issuance at CS Group and was in charge of the bank's Covered Bonds and Pfandbiefbank programmes and member of the board of CS (Mortgages) AG.

In 2019, with over 30 years of experience in Treasury, Risk and Trading, Nenad founded Key Focus GmbH in Zurich to offer risk and treasury services to independent asset managers and banks. He also teaches finance.
